I've Just finished My XMB (Xtreme Message Board)
It's taken Me A LONG TIME to work out the bugz and Make it run smoothly.
It's Just about completely Coded in PHP and Has Many Cool Features, Check it out here Evans XMB And Let me know what ya think about it.
