You're on the right track, but:
I think a company site should never be SO dark, it imposes a "heavy" feel to the whole thing. Use shades of gray to lighten it up a bit, maybe some backgrounds.
Also, increase the width and decrease the height, will look better on 800x600.
You should really try to tune the graphics, mainly the way the charactes show on the menu and the other info texts.
About orange over black, I don't know... :\
