Im wondering whether someone can help me out. Ive heard great reviews about SWFX and I believe that it will be of tremendous use to me as Im pretty new to this environment. Im however worried about the importing procedure of the created swf file, as I am not a programmer and dont know much about action scripting. How easy is it to import the SWFX created swf file into flash movies and what documentation/help (apart from the faq section on wildforms site - as I've found it difficult to understand) do you get once you have passed $19.99 over to Wildform.

Thanking all in advance, a young student in flash

    Chapoo:

The Load Movie command is pretty simple. I will try to simplify the instructions we have on our FAQ. But, until then, see if this helps.

I find it easiest to load and control a movie by loading it into an empty movie clip.

Simple create an empty movie, create an instance (drag it onto your timeline), and give that instance a name (for example "empty_movie"). Let's say your animation is chapoo.swf

Then, the Load Movie command would be: Load Movie ("yo.swf", "empty_movie")

    Very simple.

In terms of alignment, know this: when you import a movie into another movie, the upper left corner of your initial animation is placed at the centerpoint of your empty movie. With that in mind, it should be pretty easy to properly position your movie.

Also, please realize that SWfX outputs *BOTH* Flash 3 and 4, depending on the effect. You can directly import Flash 3 effects into Flash if you do not wish to work with the Load Movie command.

    Thanks!
