Any idea to made a voice over?

i am creating the simple button...just want to add on the voice over...can someone help me...how to make the voice over, izzit got any software can make voice over n save it to wav file??? PLS HELP!!!!!

Do you have a mac or IBM PC?
You should have a Microphone input somewhere on your monitor or an input on your sound card.

You Need a Microphone.

If you have Windows98 then there is a recorder
and with that you can record your voice.
You will also need some sort of WaveForm Editing software so you can edit the wav file because you may need to trim (truncate)
the unwanted parts of the recording.

The sound recorder is located in windows98

at start / programs / accessories /entertainment/ soundrecorder

Try something like
CalkWalk Home Studio, GoldWave or something.

... and then all you have to do is import your sound files, and aply them appropiately at a new layer on the "over" state of your button ... it that easy ..

Also it might be better to have the voice over be in a separate movie that is called up using a Tell Target because the sound will stop when the mouse leaves the button. It can sound kind of creepy...
