Thread: Clicking In Streaming

  1. #1

    Question

I have two .wav's in two different scenes. I need them to play as one continious sound. If I make them event sounds, the quality is very good, but there is a pause between the two .wav's. If I make them streaming, I can get them to play right, but there is an anoying clicking sound present. Is there anything I can do about this?

    Thanks,
    Sam

I have heard the clicking sound to.
The clicking sound i think is caused by frames being skiped as the streamed sound playes.

I'll try a few thing out and if i find an answer i'll post a reply.

One thing is if the first .wav is say 24.0seconds long and your frame rate is
12fps it would take 288 frames to play the wav 1 time set to stream.
So you might want to use a calculator to figure out the exact frames used by each .wav
and try to get it as close as possible so that there is no gap.

Just experiment with it till you get it.
i wish i had a better answer for you.
I am a moderator but not a pro.

I just work with it till it is acceptible.
