has anyone come across this before?

i'm using flash five on winME (i deserve all i get) and when i publish preview (HTML), unless there is a browser window open already, and even sometimes when there is, flash locks up and fails to open the browser.

i don't think its a copy specific problem because i installed the work copy on my home machine to try it and the same happened. so it has to be a problem with winME.
the browser i'm using is IE 5.something.

it seems to me that flash can't locate, or has trouble opening the browser for some reason, even though it is stored in the default location, i.e c:\program files\ etc. when i double click on a html page in windows explorer, the browser opens fine and displays the page, so the systme knows where it is, and knows that it is the default program used to open html files.

its not a problem with memory eithir, or paging files, the machine has 640mb ram and an automatic adjust on the paging file size.

    any help much appreciated.
