Flash Movie ontop a whole html site??

Is this possible...
I know you can get the movie transparent and then have html above or below but I want the movie as independent site and the html as another site and then place the flash movie above the html site.
I need that because I want to place the flash movie on top a site with frames and so I only have to update the html site and not the flash movie, which is to be only the interface.


And how to I link to movie together?? whit out an interruption.

If you didn't understand it's because I'm from Sweden and not used to English conversations.
