When I "save as" in SWFX and then go into FLASH 4 to import it...all I get are little "dots". I don't get any of the animation at all...why???? and how do I fix it.

I've tried to download it again (twice) to see if i lost some info during transmission...but nothing has changed and the site now tells me I've exceeded my number of downloads.

What should I do now?....and is there a way to get my money back?

    Itzrain:

I assume what you mean by "little dots" is empty keyframes. This is a topic that has been addressed several times on this board. Macromedia Flash can not import Flash 4 .SWFs, which is why you are getting empty keyframes. If you are using Flash 4 effects with a larger movie, you need to use the Load Movie action to get your animation into Flash.

If you use Flash 3 .SWFs, you can either import the .SWF or use the Load Movie action.

For more information, please click "effect version info" on the front page of http://www.wildswfx.com, see the relevant questions in the FAQ, and search this forum for "load movie" and you will find all your answers.

If your download quota has been filled, please email support@wildswfx.com and we'll get it reset.
