Urgent non-profit Site fix

Help!

My flash is a little rusty and I'm not sure if I'm making mistakes or if my problems are being caused by Microsloth's new IE but I need the following site to be fully functional in 7hrs! The site is for a university Theatre company and has the following URL:

http://www.dur.ac.uk/society.theatre

It all works fine in preview modes, but not when its on the web!

If someone could give me any ideas I'd be most grateful.
