Making a fan, but fails!

Can ya all believe that?
I have been making more complex animations wif flash but i just can't get this silly fan working!

Hahhaha, perhaps, brain dead?

Anyway, i want to make a fan. This includes four wings. The wings are supposed to turn like a fan. But one thing!, the rotation which i make it rotate 150 times clockwise does not stay at the centre. The rotation is jagged and moving in and out of the centre of the fan and i jus can't solve this?!!

How do i remedy this??

this is a common problem experienced my people.
The problem is that if you want to animate a symbol, that symbol should be equally placed around the center "+" sign.
If its equally placed the you will never have any problems ..
