Importing into Flash4 or 5

when I attempt to open a *.swf file (saved under SWfx) in Flash4 or Flash 5, Flash returns error message "Cannot open protected movie". This happens even if importing a Flash 3 compatible effect. Thanks for feedback.

Sorry about your problem. Try unchecking "protect SWF" next to the "save as" button.

If that isn't the problem, please post a follow-up.

Tried unchecking "protect swf".....and guess what? IT WORKED!!!! DAAAHHH. :-) Thanks for responding though! You guys are great, and your program rocks!
