Where to find good fonts?

What web sites can you suggest to find some good fonts. I am new to using new fonts and now I am hooked.

Also, when I pull up my list of fonts (standard list) they are all the same size but the new one I loaded is larger. Its no big deal but i would like the list to be all the same size.

By the way the font size is set when the fonts are initially created so 10pt of one font will not neccesarily be the same size as 10pt of another.
