    For the redesign of my site, I need to scroll up/down an HTML with a custom made Flash-5 scroll bar.

    Is that possible first of all ?

    If so, how can I do it ?
    Having a button will cause the user to keep clicking every time for a scroll. I want it to be just one click and as long as the button is down, it scrolls.

    somthing that might help is 2 have a look @ some tutorials, there are few kicken arond for what y are trying to do. Sorry i don't have the answer but there is one out there
