PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to somehow take a .swf file and make it editable in flash 5 . I do not have he .fla file anymore...

I cannot seem to understand how a computer can see a movie but not copy it to the flash 5 scrren and edit it and make the new .fla file and .swf files.

I have a program which is called swifter or something which shows the frame by frame actions of the movie but that it it won't convert the .swf to .fla yet still in developement until early next year.

Does anyone here know of a way to copy a .swf file into a .fla file or at least put a .swf file into flash4 or 5 for editing and then saving it in .swf again????????

In Flash 4 or 5 click FILE and then NEW. Then click FILE and then IMPORT. Then select the .swf file that you want to work with. Then click OPEN and your good to go.
