Step 1 - Open up windows media player
Step 2 - Go to File | Open URL
Step 3 - Paste http://24.43.240.239:8080
Note: you can't just click on the url you must follow the steps. My icq is 42344491

I only got it to work for a second, and managed to capture a screenshot of what he was doing. He also told me over ICQ that by no means was he going to deviate from the evenings "streaming video matinee" which, as you can tell, consists of him doing what you see below.
