I've got a problem. When I publish a .swf file with the html page, I some times get also in the same folder the scenes like intro, main or preloader has this ever happened to you? Instead of the swf file I requested in one whole file.

    Did you test scenes individually?
You do know that each time you test your movie, Flash outputs a new .swf, and that unless you want an html or a projector to go along with this .swf, there's really no need to use the Publish feature only to check the .swf?

Also if you test scenes individually, Flash will output a .swf only of that scene and it will be save (each time) in the default folder!
