    Has anybody had a go at making their own yet? Or skinning the built in ones ? Where would be the best place on Flashkit to stick 'em? Maybe a new section in Movies for MX components would be a good idea? What do people think?

    hmm yea ..absolutely there is tutorial avialable at the http://www.macromedia.com for making your own components.

    Just goto flash developer section over there and yea some more components are on the

    http://www.flashcomponents.net/

    just check out components over there.
