    I'm looking at getting Bigpond ADSL. Anyone that is using it, or has used it in the past, what are your honest opinions? Gimme a rating of 0 to 100.

    unreliable service... constant disconnects... no refunds... changing of terms of service all the time! no apologies, customer service personell who have no idea what they are talking about

    Yep, I use Telstra ADSL, it's gotten a lot better over the last few months, it used to be so bad that people were taking class legal action against Telstra because of the poor service.

    Lately I've had no problems at all, good download speeds and minimal outages.
