nice color scheme and stuff. but the website is abit too small. It has a kinda small popup window and the viewable content is even smaller.
It's cool to have a music player playing the band's music on the right; very appropriate consider that's a band website.

Music takes a while to load but apart from that I like it

maybe a bit to static. you should consider the music stlye of the band and design a appropriate background image, ambience.
really nice site just tailor it a bit more to the purpose.

I especially like how the pop up flash fits so well into the window...
Nice Graphics, Clear fonts.
one thing..
On the Homepage,(The html page), Try lowering the image slightly to the centre.. The text that says requirements could also have a link to the macromedia site if the user has not got it..

The programming and interactivity is very well done. The design does not leave a lot to desired.
Maybe consider a new direction totally, begin with that menu bar and work around it, make it bigger, more band photos, loud graphics, is it a rock band or web design company? It feels more like a web design company at the moment.
