Change the name in the title bar

How do I change the name in the blue title bar at the top of a stand alone movie?

Are you talking of a .swf playing in the standalone player? or of an .exe?

If it's the .exe, try making the movie go fullscreen, which means you lose the title bar, thus no need for changing the name.
