how wiil i read variables form asp file

Will u please tell me that how can i read a variable form a asp page and can use that in my swf.

For example if I am going to a URL
http://www.ii.com/rits/flash.asp?nam...=ritesh@ii.com

then how can i load "name" and "mail" variable i my flash movie.
