earlier in thread....
just looking through this thread i noticed a fantastic array creator by trickman, is the .fla posted anywhere to download. It is brilliant i thought and very time saving.

it isn't posted, but I am sure that if you ask trickman he would gladly mail it to you It's sooo cool!!! I changed it, to use it for my own game...works miracles!!

those grapics.... they're even better than 9/10 pc games!
you're a pro! it al looked really detailed and stuff. great job! i wish i could make stuff like that (would have looked good in my rpg )

Great job phreax. After adding the boy = still very smooth.
The little boy is quite fun to have only 2 eye ball visible.

I like the character and the idea a lot. After finishing each level would he have a little more of his body? At any rate this is excellent work, inspiring...truly. I'm going to kick things up a notch. That means the game is doing its job already.

The boy char is great, like everything else 
Maybe you should look into your falling code again, at the moment the hero falls too slowly, like a feather 
Or you can always say he was magically transformed into creature, who has no weight.

Hey Tonypa, I will upload a new version later tonight! I know about the problem, and I have been tampering alot with the numbers...it's still not perfect but definitely better

1 piece of suggestion : the boy can reach the floating platform even I saw him must have stepped on air.

...let's just say he has his toe on the platform alright he, he...it's because he touches the tile just by a pixel or something, and that's what it checks for...didn't bother me much though, but if it's a big problem we'll see

yes, it is minor thing :o)
The monster:
1. can detect tiles over it to jump or not, and it is
2. cute and
3. it turns into smoke haha after stepped <- emmemm how to check it?

if y is higher than enemy y - enemy dies...else you lose energy 
...if enemy dies - play "smoke" animation

This games it too cool. I've been following the thread since the beginning, and i don't think its been mentioned, but it takes way too long to load. I'm on cable and it takes a good minute to load between levels. Maybe you could create an little animatin for the user to watch while its loading (like behind the preloader). Maybe of him lookin at his watch, tapping his foot, sucking his thumb, lay down7go to sleep type thing.. You wouldnt have to be very big. If i hadn't specifically been wanting to see how far youve gotten, I would have left and found somthing else (everyone knows how impatient people are on the web). So.. there's my "complaint" and idea...
