    Hello,

I'm looking for models and tools used for evaluating multimedia projects - - especially tools that provide objective measures. For example, how are you measuring customer (client and end-user) satisfaction, whether or not the project's goals have been met, business ROI, etc? Any good books or Web resources would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

I've done a few surveys with clients before, but my main indicator as to whether or not they were satisfied is if they come back for more.

i kept in touch with my small client base.

i just did some cd rom cards for one and i call him every monday to ask (have called 3 times now) if he is getting feed back on his cards.

what i am trying to get at is ROI rates are hard to measure for design objects. But by talking to your client you get feed back. and you help the client focus on the investment he/she has made.
