50 %Transparent box

I have seen in some swish files with transparent box on top of the picture...How can that be done in swish 2.0..What I mean is this transparent box makes the background picture lighter

Heres a little exercise

Write some text on your screen.
Then draw a rectangle that covers your text and make the rectangle colour a medium grey for a trial.

Put a PLACE command on your rectangle and in the properties ogf the PLACE command set the ALPHA to 25 or 30 %

Hit play and your text will appear as though behind a screen.

Make your rectangle, circle, whatever. Make its shading property "solid". Choose the color you want. In the color selection area, there are 4 boxes just above the color options. The last box is set up as a percentile. Reduce that number ([xxx]%) to your desired setting. You will see the right side of the small box just above that start to go transparent. Select that side of the box. Walla 1 each transparent shape.
