Mac OS 10.1 + IE + Flash Player 6 = Weirdness?

We had a report of the site causing some weirdness on Mac OS X 10.1 with IE 5.1 and Flash Player 6 (don't know the exact version they had). We've tested it on a clean install iMac with OS X 10.1 + IE 5.1 + a fresh download and install of Flash Player 6... and it's fine. It seems on some installations the music player on the lower right of the site goes really tiny and you can't use it, on our test machine all was fine.

Can anyone test this please, I'm wondering if it's an early version of Flash Player 6 (Post-Release) that has some kind of weird bug... not that Macromedia has ever released a player without one ;-)
... or it could be the HTML.

Any help here would be much appreciated.
