    Does anyone know how to insert a voice background in a flash movie?

    i'm not sure on your question..but i think that you are asking how to insert your voice into flash? if that's it, then all you gotta do is import the voice file and set it as you would regular audio.(if that's what you mean)

    I guess this should have been my question. How do you create audio files from scratch. What program and equipment do I need?
