What happened to the .aiff sound loops?

Is anyone having problems downloading .aiff sound loops. I see that there are only downloadable versions for mp3 and flashtrack. Last week .wav and .aiff downloads were available, now they're not.

Also, is it possible to convert MP3 or .wav to .aiff files -- is a converter available?

I discovered a method to convert MP3 files to .aiff:

If you have Toast, drag MP3 file into "Audio" window, press Audio button, then press Extract to button. PRESTO, the file is converted easily.
