Perfectly done...not exactly my taste in design but your program skills are perfect.
I would just add some passion to it, some soul, it feels very mechanic for me but it's very good.

yeah its pretty good. loads fast and no long boring animations. and good navigation.

crits:

its kinda of bland. you should put some photos in the background even mono tone fotos would be good.

dont use gradients in a cliche way. gradients are used by way to many sucky designers. use textures insted or textures with graiants or atleast complicated gradiants.
