Priniting Question

sorry guys, i don't where to ask this question.
i'm looking for a way to print mousepads. does anybody know how to do that? i mean, what kind of printer do i need and the materials, and if not how/where i can find places that do that?

I imagine mouse-pads are printed by some sort of screen
printing process or a vinal print-cutter. But as for creating
your own, I imagine it could be quite costly to set-up.
