Mostly because most options (ftp accounts, subdomains, Domain parking, the list goes on) are unlimited plus 10 MySQL db's. Most companies make you pay extra per month for some of these features.

They actually have a public Message board - where you can either complain or talk about small details of the server:

Most companies would not make themselves so open to attack and criticism this way. Which overall is a good point about them.

Last - they usually answer questions right away. Their are a fairly progressive host - although they have had their problems in the past. They do try really hard.

Overall about 9/10 rating.
