what i like is the fadeout of the previous windows if you click on another link... pretty involving.

i wouldn't have the effect on the logo play permanently, and... talking about logos... in my opinion this one needs a little tweaking, i think it lacks a unique look.

Okay this is just personal preference but I have an issue with your file dimensions. If you are making a full page interface in which you wont have to scroll up or down thats cool but you should state what res it should be veiwed in. I know it can be hard dealing with size issues as I myself make all my flash at 1024 X 768 res but they are made to be veiwed in 800 X 600 res so I am having to constantly check to make sure that things dont look too big in the more commonly used 800 X 600 res and thats exactly whats happening here it all looks too big !! Chances are it looks perfect in the higher res but you have to remember that most people dont use the higher rez and if you want to make interfaces at this size you realy should make it evident that your site is best veiwed in 1024 X 768 res. Also you may want to make a note that available veiwable screen sizes are .....

750 x 420 available screen size for 800 x 600 screen resolution

975 x 570 available screen size for 1024 x 768 screen resolution

Any larger than these and you will get scroll bars appearing which obviously isn't a problem if you want the page height to be longer but page width in my opinion should never ever ever require a scroll bar to move left or right.

I really like your font choice. It looks very sharp and crisp...easy to read. (Good to see people doing their homework around here.)

Also, your text-effect along the top is excellent. This is a good overall attempt in my opinion.

-- Dump the intro, it doesn't really serve a purpose. Most of the time, intros are a waste of time anyway.

-- I'd try redesigning the logo in the upper left and not looping it.

-- Otherwise, very nice! I like the navigation and I really like the "X" fade out thing, although it may not get used much, still a nice touch.
