speed up tips please

please view my swish site. it is composed of 6 different swf files 1 for each on the menu.
the problem is the site is takeing way to long to load the products section and contacts section but they are only 180kb in total

Personally I had no problem loading your site and I am on dial up so I dont see what your problem is however I wonder if you would mind me making an observation. I clicked on your template button and saw the first couple of template pictures you have there. The truth is the top one is way better of a design than the one you are using which is plain and boring to be honest. The things is that if your site claims to be able to make great designs why are you not using one for the site ???? This I just dont get and in all truth is bad business sense. You want your would be cumstomers to look at your site and see something that makes them want to use you and pay you to design their site and the truth is looking at the design you have that just aint gonna cut it. Snazz it up some, make it interesting, give people a reason to want to buy from you, i'm not saying that you have to make the whole thing a swf but a simple menu system is kids play and if you want to be taken seriously you are going to have to do better than that. After all it is totally true what they say that first impressions count and in the case of selling online they count for so much more than you obviously realise. I'm not saying you cant design what your site claims, I'm just saying that you just don't show any evidence of this statement.
