im flash stupid...please help gurus

ok im making some flash muhaha and i need some help cause i have no idea how to do anything at all..
i want to know how to make it so when u move the curor to a button it highlights... and then when u click it... it moves to another part and makes a sound.

For a "hover" just design the button, select all the elements and hit F8. Convert it to a button, then right click on it, hit Edit in place. Then click on the hover frame and hit F6 to add a new keyframe. Change it so that it looks highlighted. As per the sound, make a keyframe in the "down" frame and put a sound in it, but I can say this:
