I have seen a TEXT effect which explodes the TEXT throughout the screen, letter by letter. Is this possible with a JPEG image for example? If yes, how to do it please? Thanks.

You might get better answers if you post this question on one the other forums aimed at Flash Design.
I do think it's possible though, but not in any way easy. Thirst thing that pops to mind is to slice your JPEG into as many seperate pieces as you can put up with and then tween them...
