Has anyone seen a Flash based Mortgage Calculator?
I found one that has a Flash front-end but it links to a web based database to do the math. I am trying to put one on a cdrom that will run without internet access.

If anyone has seen or wants to create one I would be forever in your debt .... or we could work something out.
