sorry to say but I don't like them

The design is okay but the menu items open in a total different style...tha makes it look like a powerpoint presentation

Keep one style and think where the text should go...

Did you not gather anything from your first post?.

Did you not look at the links I gave you to gather info from?

Whats the point in asking for help if you intend to be hard headed and not take any advice?

    Sorry Johny,

back to the drawing board. If you post here...take the hits as they come.
You wanted feedback and you got some....
Overall, I am not a fan.
It's a tad too busy with useless graphics that have no place in the site.
The red gradients with the black outlines do not compliment each other.
What does status good mean? All I see is meaningless numbers that go no where and do nothing.
You have a minimal three links surrounded by bulky graphics that do not compliment any content.
The fonts are stale and are different sizes depending on the size of the link boxes.
Consistency is key and there is none on the site.
Keep pluggin I have a feeling that you will get somewhere in time.

    Hi,
I checked the last version you posted, it is indeed an improvement over the first versions. Eye-catchers are nice, but don't take the attention away from the menu or the content. SO, hte first page, I like, but you should stay in that interface, and not change to the black one. Make place for some kind of frame in the original interface, and put your content there.
Like the graphics, work on it some more and it could be a good site. You have the talent, but not yet the vision of a designer.

    Your on your way

Well your sites are interesting. The main thing I think you need to do is make them wider. If you widen them out to fit the window you will have alot more room to fit the stuff you need and keep your eye candy too. Other thing is, its hard finding exactly what the site is. There is alot of art here, but not much site its like a moving picasso picture. So just widen it out fill the inside with the site information and keep your effects going simple as that. Possibly make a background to bring harmony to the side so that it doesn't look like a border around a white spot. Want ideas check the movies area on the site and look in navigation and sites. There are plenty too look at in there for ideas, some may have styles similar to yours.

hahaha! yeah sometimes it's hard to take the " it sux" comments

Your site is defenately not one in that category. I thas potential, but I really think that you should go back to the drawingboard and take the tips with you...

Start with a text field....make sure that the eye of the user will be attracted by it ( becayse that's what you want them to see...)

Something else I can suggest is: COOL SITES forum. Don't be amazed by the "cool" graphics people use but HOW they use it..
There is a discussion on GN http://www.gurusnetwork.com/cgi-bin/...;f=12;t=000116 or go directly to the article by

    or goto :http://www.dmsproject.com/test/gurustexts/design_1.html

it explains WHY it is a good design....very much content but worth reading..

keep on posting on flashkit! We'll be happy to say your website "sux" <--- kidding he!!
