What kind of concept for kids are you talking about? A new playground, TV show, website, what?

i understand that you do not wont to give out your idea, but some informacion would help to have a useful opinion.

OK, you're right. It's a flash-website for kids age 2-4, it has games and stories and is built around a new set of animated characters.

are you looking for people to help you sell the idea, or people to whom to sell the idea to?

or are you looking for cartoonists, programers ect ??

and some info about yourself? are you a pro or a start up?

We are looking for people we can sell our idea to, we are not looking for other specialists.

I myself am sort of an alround average Flash designer/programmer. But compared to some people here I'm just a starter. Our team (animator, designer, programmer) created the concept as our final project during our Multimedia Producer course at SAE in Amsterdam. The last 3 years I developed myself as a Multimedia Producer of which last year was the most intense, it included the course and 20 hrs. a week of study besides a fulltime job. But I think I'm capable of doing more advanced stuff in Photoshop, HTML, 3D, Director, Illustrator and Flash.
