Movies are SLOW when imported into FLASH4

How come when I import a nice fast swf file (fast in swish) into FLASH, it becomes slow?

And no, it is not a computer problem. It's slower when I put it on the web.
All I want to do, is create some nice word movements with swish and then import it into flash so I can add a sound at one point..

It might be going by your frame rate. Did you check that? If you did and it didnt work then your screwed unless someone else thinks of something else. Flash's default is like 12 so up it to like 20 or something.
