Is the frame by frame animation of swish going to affect slower machines?

I assume your talking about when you import a swish file (.swf file) into Flash. If you do it right on your timeline, then it creates a key frame for every single frame of your swish file.

To get around this, and make it run faster, create a new movie object, and import the .swf into that. Then use the movie in your main area... one key frame.

No. All SWF files, which means ALL Flash movies, use frame-by-frame animation.

This means SWiSH movies will run no faster, or no slower than a Flash movie. SWiSH movies and Flash movies use the same file format (SWF) and the same Flash player.

    Cheers,, David.
