    Lots of em

    There are dozens and dozens of programs that are great to use to make sounds, music, and loops. Some of the most famous are:
    1) SoundForge
    2) CoolEdit
    3) Fruity Loops
    There are countless others, but i would suggest starting off with one of those for now. Have fun!
