detecting Flash 5 plugin on IE4.5

The default publishing options in Flash MX for detecting Flash 5 on a browser don't work in IE 4.5 (mac).

Does anyone know of a better script method for detecting the Flash plugin on IE 4.5?

I already know about the "sniffer" swf technique.

you can't detect plugins on Mac IE4.5, it's a bug:
