    Sorenson Squeeze really does a great job, I had a 9mb .avi, I squeezed it and published it as a 1MB .swf, WOW !!

    I know, it's pretty amazing!

    Everyone needs to try the "Watch" folder feature. Once you have everything in .avi or .mov format and have your bandwidth settings all dialed-in - you can just open a Watch folder and run all of your compression in the background with Squeeze going about it's business while you go back to work with another application.
