I'm hooked on cOrbit, and I made a little Flash utility today that adds points by volume, so imagine how deeply interested in it I am.

Discuss anything you like here such as trading, etc.

I have a cToon poor-shop every day I'm available. The poor-shop means if you don't have the money or don't want to spend it, ask me and I'll buy you the cToon and trade it to you for nothing!

Let's get the ball rolling, shall we?

    P.S.: I'm Neuralotron Mandark830

I prefer cOrbit..more professional. NP is a very realistic simulation, but it's just too tiring. I became quite absorbed in it, but I still prefer cOrbit. Nothing like seeing Hamtaro for 100,000 on an auction. The money model is also better developed than in NP.

I played with cartoon orbit for about 3 weeks before I stopped.

I was quite impressed with what they'd done...I still feel they haven't added enough room for fun once you've bought everything in the store.

I too had a system for getting points. I got one of those mouse clicking utilities and made it visit other orbiter's pages for 3 days straight on 5 computers simultaneously.

    How does your system work?

It's self coded. Opens the next Orbiter page by simple method of addition. Here it is if you want it. Refreshes window every 14 seconds. And you can add more and more instances of it by modifying 2 characters in the file (new>W<in)

Selectable start point, display, the works.

Try it. I already have 15,000 from 180 just a day ago.

Auctions are best. I hog everything. Paid recently 1,600 for a PPG Gold Coin and around 1,700 for a Gold Dexter.

But you can find bargains so cheap, it's impossible.

Thanks for the download...I'm going to work on a sytem of my own I think.

Under my old system, I was able to get over a million points in just a matter of days.

I'll see what I come up with this time.

    Like what?
The Flash is really custom-made, so modfying it would be a waste of time since it is practically perfect. If you want a point farm running, however, it's best that you have broadband. Then go into corbit.html and modify newW and newWin to any other letter: eg newE and newEin. then save the file as corbit2.html and so on and so forth. however, remember to switch the range as soon as you run the second instacnce. cOrbit does not give people points for pages you've visited already. after setting the range to anything random (and following the rules to the right), press Set and wait a second.

If a minute has 4 15s's, then you'd make 16 points a minute, which translates into 960 points an hour. Run 2 or 3 instances, and you've got 3,000 an hour which isn't too shabby.

    Thank you

I coded it all in about 1 hour and then made alterations and added features for the next 2 hours, so while it may seem minuscule, it had a horrifying quantity of bugs.

When coding your own system, cram in as many parameters as you humanly can. I refrained from using refresh rate params and random range params because I just wanted a very RAM-light app, but if you have a full-featured client, it's better to actually make it brute-force.
