what does this 3.71 release fix?

I just tried adding a simple html form via the formatted text element, & the movie wont export the form, every time i try to save i get an error that says:

"Type 231 cannot be found"

not a very informative error message.

IO agree this is odd but you can't use HTML forms anyway. Can't imagine why you would either.
