A good looking site, but not much flash
I see this site uses frames
this is a no no if looking for search engine ranking see
http://www.4webmarketing.biz/frames.htm
also try adding some description and keywords to your meta tags

Try making it a bit more flashy like something to say whoa.

PS - Your getting there.

It depends on what your internship is for. If it is for a Flash designer position you should consider adding more Flash features and show your competency with Action Scripting, animation etc. etc.
If however it is for an overall web design position I think the page is fine. This might elicit gasps and denials from the folks on this board but from a UI perspective (and once again this is determined by what type of site your building and who the target audience is) Flash is not always the optimal choice. You might be able to do some impressive things with text animation but if someone is visiting your site to gather information then animated effects will be more of an annoyance than anything else.
From a general UI point of view I do have a problem with your menu buttons - they are hard to read.
I'm using iE5 on a Mac and the looping circle animation kept either disappearing or only appearing in chunks.

Try to get the service ACA is offering in fewer words, scrolling on the first page is never good. Try to get your message in a few key-words and put that on the opening page. The menu-buttons could be a little bigger.
And center the whole site.
If you know flash, maybe you can add subtle animations to the header and the menu. You can add flash and still keep the corporate look.
Otherwise, it has a very clean and professional look to it.
I assume you are just starting with it, because only the 'over ons' button worked?
keep it up and good luck with your internship.
