hmm i think trying a poll has not been used here in this forum  and ofcourse cap is still barely alive (like it's in intensive care with a heart and a lung respirator to support it's live)
so how well does cap stand for it.... let the votes begin

I want to get CAP off the ground but at the moment I'm so busy like most of us here (I know its a boring excuss)
This is the reason I thought of allowing members to post their stuff on the CAP site, get ppl interested again.

I've always liked the idea of Cap. Maybe the subject just doesn't interest people or perhaps no one has the time. It would be a shame to see it die but unless something drastic is done then I can't see it getting anywhere.
I would of loved to help but I would want 100% creative input which would've taken the whole essence of CAP away so I declined

i think we need some guides......
like some suggestions on how to take the project, from someone that has successfully made a project....
you know, it's always hard to get organize when we all live in different countries, have different schedules, and have little time because of studies or work....
anyway i think cap should go on.

argonauta i have participated in several projects, mostly leaded all of them and the problem with a real problem and cap is that if you have a real project you have leverage over people. With other words you have some kind of power over people to make them work, they all got a stake in the project.
With CAP there is no leverage, only enthousiasm. I can't set deadlines, I can't order people and I shouldn't it would take away the whole essence of cap being for the community and a project in wich anyone could participate when and where he or she likes to participate.
I could just as well keep ordering people to meet deadlines but that would only hurt CAP more then it helps CAP.
as thus i need to find out the most efficient way to get people to work without having to pressure them... i must say it isn't easy. That with the excuse i'm busy (yup i know i know it's overused but true nevertheless) are the main reasons i stayed passive towards other people (ie not expecting them to get things done)

i would like to see cap take off and be successful.. but i guess it always turns out like this...
once everyone goes back to school/work no one really has time to commit to working on CAP....
plus we didnt really get a whole story going over summer anyways

i know that some of you got them in your profile, but i'd like you to confirm them putting them here, is it possible? then i gather all emails and send that to everyone

i don't know if somebody else already did that job, if so, i'd like to know
anyway, that could be usefull, so everyone can contact each other whenever they want, and not just depend on the forum posts....

Ok it was late last night and I had a spare few minutes so decided to add something to www.artandanime.com (I know it looks crap)
I thought that the likes of argonauta could do some character sketches just to put where i've put the blobs of paint, what you think just a simple sketch (I was also thinking of asking Coffee cat to do one, I like his style)
Anyway if you want to have some of you own work up there dosn't have to be for CAP then let me know. If you go to the members section your name will appear there with a link to a page for your stuff and a profile of yourself, you can have what ever you want so longs its to do with art/animation (sorry no porn and stuff like that)
What you think? when I get time I will work on the site a bit more, do you like that sort of style or more of a neat style with proper text & boxes?.

has a nikelodeon kinda style.
it all depends on what the topic of cap will be, right? a sci-fi story, or a kiddie short movie or etc.....
anyway, let me see what can i do, maybe i can scan some old sketches....although if before i had few time, now it's going to be less, as i got a project for a tourism agency.....
let's see
just give time some time.
