yes i believe you but it's just a disclaimer to prevent that what could happen, not to prevent from what has happened. this issue has opened our eyes, in this case it was a mistake. However in the future it might not be that way anymore

No harm done, Rob. This was more a general comment in light of the follow-up discussion in that thread (lots of members have had their work willfully stolen from the boards) and the blaise attitude of the administration toward protecting the member's interests.

Been a while since I posted a piccy, not much has been posted since c'mon peeps!
Anyway, aaaaaages ago I said I'd post some of my sketches but my scanner is lame and makes them look horrible.
so to make up for this I took one of my poorly scanned sketches and I nicified in.
