Again really nice textures going on there.
I think my only complaint is that it looks a little flat?
Regardless, its a good image.

Your shading is a bit off
The thigns comming our the side of his head looks like they are comming right out the skin on his face. (especailly the "wings" by his temles)
Add more of a shadow around the frame of his face and jaw with the burn tool (set to about 60 / 70 % and on the "shadows" option)
remember to blend it out as it gets further away. (either decrease the pressure or do it on a seperate layer and erase with a soft round tool on a lighter pressure setting)
You can also use the dodge tool to bring out his cheekbones, nose and just above his eyebrows.
set it to at least 70% (you can go softer to match the lighting)
OK thats my 2bit advice :P
Hope it helped
If I may can I play around with it and repost?
PMS : Side note. Working on different layers will help you to build up depth.
When i colour something I usually work on 5 - 8 layers. (depending on how realistic or overboard I go)
Darkest colours to lightest each on seperate layers and then one or 2 additoinal layers for effects and final dodges.
Working this way also helps you go back and edit the things you dont like about your image later without the hastle of having to change the whole image.
So remember kids : colour from the background to the front and from darkest colour to lightest. These are the same things they tell you when you are drawing/painting a real pic.

Reason: Im a simpleton who thinks of stuff to add on later.
