wow, that was awful, rendered using gradient fill, came down to 1,5 mb. I´m fixing it now. Should take 5 minutes. Hey how big is this thing gonna be anyway?
-
Big? what do u mean by big? kb size? pixel seize?
well i need to place it at the top left corner of a webpage.. i think the web page will be designed to be best viewed at 1024... soif u are talking about pixels.. i think 200x200 will work.. what do u think about the size? suggestions?

200x200 is a bit big, but then again companies always want logos to be bigger, bigger,BIGGER!!! I´d say 150x150 would do the trick.

Man, I can´t seem to get this sucker below 300k without using just one color. And thatway it doesn´t really look like real 3d, looks more like a fake.
You can choose between a faky one color 70k version or a 300+ real 3d version

Damn! well... hmmm... do u want me to send u the other files i have got here? i have 3 or 4 max files of the logo... maybe they can help.. yes no?

I don´t think that´s gonna do much good, I've got the model down to 2000 polygons. I think it might be an idea to export this to transparent gifs and optimize them in photoshop and create an animated gif series.

Got it down to 70 K but that was single color without shadow. The rotating 3d logo thingy will always be too big on bandwith.
