Formatting the scrollbar component

Hey yall

I am using the scrollbar component and it works fine. However, i want to be able to have links, different colours and fomatting (Bold/Italic) in my text. Is there any way to do this with this component or any other components out there? When i try and format the text, it simply doesn't appear when published! Any suggestions?

are you importing the text into the movie from an external source??

Negative...text is coming from inside the .fla file

i dont think im understanding your question. if you want to publish your .fla file mabye i can help you, otherwise just make your question more clear. if you cant get your question answered here, you may want to post here. arsenics forum . some smart dudes on there.

If you look the MX disc- there is an actual sample or tutorial fla that goes through how to format and what commands to use.

I can't remember the name of it tho!!
